2. Acceptable use
To ensure a safe and lawful environment, you agree not to:
• Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of UAE federal or local laws, including but not limited to anti-money laundering, data protection, or intellectual property regulations.
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activities, including impersonation or misrepresentation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services, including through hacking, malware distribution, or denial-of-service attacks.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, other user accounts, or NYXEX’s systems or networks.
• Use automated tools (e.g., bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Services without our express written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of our software platforms.
Violations of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Services.
3. Intellectual Property
a. Ownership:
All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, designs, and other intellectual property within the Services ("Content") are owned by NYXEX or its licensors and are protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws.
b. License Grant:
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, NYXEX grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services and Content solely for personal or internal business purposes as intended by NYXEX.
c. Restrictions:
You may not: Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Content without prior written permission. Use NYXEX’s trademarks or logos in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without our consent. Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices displayed within the Services.
d. User Content:
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other content to NYXEX ("User Content"), you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, modify, and incorporate such User Content into our Services without compensation to you.
4. Software Management
NYXEX develops and operates proprietary software platforms, including but not limited to LendBloc FZ, LLC, which facilitate various functionalities within the Services. Each platform may have supplemental terms or policies specific to its operation, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. You agree to comply with any such supplemental terms when using the respective platform. NYXEX reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any platform at its sole discretion.

NYXEX may, at its sole discretion, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services, including features, functionalities, or availability, with or without notice. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by such changes.
b. Terms Modifications:

We will notify you of material changes via email, in-Service notifications, or other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services.

a. By NYXEX:
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if:
• You violate these Terms or any supplemental policies.
• Your use of the Services poses a security or operational risk to NYXEX, other users, or third parties.
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authorities.
b. By You:
You may terminate your account by contacting us at support@nyxex.com or following the account deletion process provided within the Services, if available.
c. Effect of Termination:
Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases immediately. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, limitation of liability) will remain in effect.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
a. Disclaimers:

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, NYXEX, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. In no event will NYXEX’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Services in the six months prior to the claim.

The Services may include links to third-party websites, applications, or services. NYXEX is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of such third parties.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
a. Governing Law:
These Terms and your use of the Services are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
b. Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE, unless otherwise required by law.

b. Severability:
